Shipping Policy
Artxp processes and ships orders within 14-20 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Artxp is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen events.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made items, limited editions, or art pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is damaged due to production or shipping errors.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so our team can assist you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the issue is caused by Artxp.
